Hi there! I’m Ashley.
Ashley Quinn, CMT
I believe the body is always communicating.
Pain, tension, compensation patterns, fatigue, restriction, or simply feeling “off” are often signals—not problems to fight against, but invitations to listen more closely. My work is rooted in helping you reconnect with your body, restore alignment, and move toward feeling stronger, lighter, and more at home within yourself.
At Embody & Evolve, massage is more than relaxation—it is therapeutic bodywork designed to support how you move, recover, perform, and live.
My approach blends intentional, results-driven treatment with intuitive care. Sessions are guided by both assessment and awareness: meeting your body where it is while helping it move toward greater ease, efficiency, resilience, and relief. Whether you are recovering from training, navigating chronic tension or pain, managing stress held in the body, or simply wanting to move and feel better, every session is tailored to what your body needs in the moment.
As an endurance athlete with a background in swimming and triathlons, I understand what it feels like to rely on your body—and what it feels like when it is not functioning the way you need it to. My own experiences with injury, recovery, and learning to better understand my body inspired this path and deepened my desire to help others reconnect with theirs.
I am a CAMTC Certified Massage Therapist and completed the 800-hour program at the National Holistic Institute, where I built a strong foundation in therapeutic bodywork, anatomy, movement, and recovery. I am continuing my education through their Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy training to deepen my understanding of the body and support a more medical but holistic, individualized approach to care. I also had the privilege of training under the Vision for Enrichment team in Pasadena, where I refined a strong foundation in functional, intentional, and results-oriented treatment.
My work integrates therapeutic massage, myofascial techniques, deep tissue, nervous system support, mobility-focused care, and recovery-based bodywork—all guided by clear communication, consent, and intention. Sessions are collaborative and grounded in trust, because healing and change happen best when the body feels supported, heard, and safe.
At its core, Embody & Evolve is about awareness.
Because when we embody awareness, we create the conditions to evolve how we move, perform, recover, and live in our bodies.
